The Training and Placement Cell (T&P) in the Institute plays a vital role and is becoming a key department of SSN. In view of many new Institutes being established in Andhra Pradesh, the competition for employment is increasing every day and the job of Training & placement has become a challenging one.

SSN has a well laid out and systematic process of fitting together students' career aspirations with corporate expectations. The Training & Placement cell acts as a central hub for training & placement related activities and is a repository of all information and resources.
 

The Training & Placement cell at SSN serves as an interface to establish the best student-organization fit. The Institute follows a two- tier process:

  • It builds in the students the competencies that are of value to the prospective employers, both in contemporary as well as future perspective.
     
  • It helps prospective employers articulate their human resources needs and accordingly prepares and recommends students to them for placement.

TRAINING

SVVSNEC has been running its in-house training program for the last one year, with a carefully designed curriculum, aided by competent, committed in-house skilled trainers. Aptitude tests, Vocabulary tests, Spoken English, Analytical Reasoning, Group Discussion Skills and Interview Skills are conducted with practical training.

The cell is ably run by a well-known reputed corporate trainer along with a team of trainers of international fame.

To add more professionalism in this process and to make the students of SSN industry ready on 360-degree basis, external agencies and senior professionals from the Industry conduct well-sequenced training programs. These programs are designed & implemented to impart personality development, soft skills, quantitative skills, interview and GD techniques. The students are oriented towards taking advantage of all the campus recruitment activities. SSN is also taking the Alumni association’s support in this regard.
