The logical extension of
a professional course like Engineering is Management Studies. The demand from
the Industry and the Undergraduate Students culminated in the introduction of
Master of Business Administration Program (MBA).
Housed in a separate
block with spacious classrooms, multimedia teaching aids, a library and a
technology centre, the M.B.A program is structured to facilitate the students to
develop a broad range of skills and knowledge needed for competent
administrative managerial responsibilities in the contemporary business
environment. A seperate corporate trainer is appointed to look after the
SVVSNEC has evolved this
course for developing Managers with cross functional skills with core focus on
business administration systems, marketing, finance and HR. SVVSNEC’s in-built
advantage of having multi-disciplinary training in the same campus is being used
by both the students and the faculty.
The Faculty of
Management Study provides additional sessions for Engineering and Management
concepts in Finance, Quality, and Professional Ethics etc.
